In his speech at the exhibition, the Standing Vice Chair, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho, appreciated the preparation of USTA and co-organizers. He also congratulated science and technology entities, enterprises, individuals, scientists who applied scientific studies, management in the province. He emphasized that in spite of such achievements, the province’s science and technology still have some short-comings, such as: some studies took a long time before being applied, slow expansion of the market for science and technology, limited scope of technology transfer, etc. USTA and concerned agencies should, therefore, promote their roles, further improve outcomes of competitions and contests. State agencies should be supportive toward scientists, research institutions to apply science and technology in real life. Science and Technology achievements should be widely propagated, scientists and other scientific advocates should be praised and rewarded in the province.
